This appeal arises from a joint venture agreement between an airline and a tour operator for the mass marketing of foreign leisure escorted tours. The district court concluded that Trans World Airlines, Inc. (“TWA”) breached the agreement by failing to print and distribute a sufficient number of brochures calculated to attract a fixed target number of tourist-passengers.
