The plaintiffs, John Gilmore (John) and his wife, Kathleen Gilmore (Kathleen), appeal from an order granting certain defendants’ motion to dismiss counts III, IV, V and VI of their complaint pursuant to section 2—615 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 110, par. 2—615.) John sued for personal injuries and Kathleen sued for loss of consortium. The defendants involved in this appeal are Stanmar, Inc.
