OPINION

EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Chief Judge:

In resolving two motions for relief from the automatic stay, the predominant issue arising under one motion is whether a bank which lent the debtor funds in conjunction with a security agreement containing a future advance clause is secured on indebtedness subsequently arising from the debt- or's overdraft of its checking account in a collapsing check kiting scheme.
