Allegheny-Ludlum Brackenridge Federal Credit Union (hereafter “Allegheny”) moves for relief from the automatic stay in the above-captioned bankruptcy case (Motion No. 99-5702M) so that it may proceed with its rights in state court with respect to two vehicles (a) which are presently owned by Scott Fassinger, the instant debtor, and (b) in which Allegheny has security interests.
