The United States Government moves for summary judgment to enforce the acceleration clause of a debt agreement entered into between the Small Business Administration and the defendants Wallace & Wallace Fuel Oil Co., Inc. (“Wallace Fuel”), Wallace & Wallace Enterprises, Inc., West-bank Energy Co., Inc., Chaswell Realty Co., Inc. and Charles and Juanita Wallace individually.
