The circuit court of Cook county granted relief upon a bill filed by Ida G. Hogg, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Lloyd W. Hogg, and George Hogg, by his next friend, to recover assets of the estate of Hogg. The assets involved were 1000 shares of the capital stock of the Anaconda Copper Mining Company and $100,000 of United States Liberty bonds. The bill averred that these securities were the property of Hogg in his lifetime and were obtained from him by Julia- Cummings Hohmann without consideration while he was mentally incompetent and while she sustained a confidential…
