Reversing.

This action was decided in the trial court upon a general demurrer to the petition. The petition was held insufficient upon demurrer, and the plaintiff declining to amend the petition or to plead further, it was dismissed, and from that judgment she has appealed to this court, and the only, question before us, is whether or not the petition stated a cause of action in favor of the plaintiff.
