State v. Reynua
Court of Appeals of Minnesota
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
COLLINS, Judge.*
Following a bench trial, appellant was convicted of aggravated forgery, perjury, *475and two counts of fraudulent certificate of title. Appellant argues that (1) her conduct did not constitute aggravated forgery, (2) federal law preempts state prosecution on the aggravated-forgery and perjury charges involving a federal employment-eligibility verification form, and (3) the state presented insufficient evidence to support convictions on several counts. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
