The original and amended bill filed in this cause is a general creditor’s bill, asking for the appointment of a receiver, and to have the corporation wound up as an insolvent corporation. It is unnecessary to set out the pleadings to determine the questions made in this court. Among other creditors the appellant, Jellibo Grocery Company, filed its petition in the cause, alleging that it is a foreign corporation engaged in the wholesale mercantile business at Oneida, Tennessee, and authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Tennessee; that in due course of trade the New River…
