The Court hereinafter sets forth its opinion with respect to the attorney’s fees requested by Golden Rule Insurance Company.
Facts
Golden Rule Insurance Company insured the life of Daniel L. Roberts in the amount of $200,000.00. Roberts died on April 8, 2000, and on April 19, 2000, defendant, Karen L. Jarvis, was appointed Executor of his estate. Jarvis notified Golden Rule that she was claiming the proceeds of the policy on behalf of Roberts’ Estate.
