This appeal arises from a dispute over a cashier’s check made payable to a corporation and whether the issuing bank was obligated to cash the check at the holder’s request. Whether the bank, the appellee in this appeal, wrongfully refused to cash the check was submitted to a jury and the jury found that the bank did not wrongfully dishonor the check. The holder of the check, the appellant in this appeal, challenges the trial court’s judgment by raising various issues.
