Hollis Wilcots, acting pro se while incarcerated, sued his sister, Arecie Wiggins, Good Street Baptist Church Federal Credit Union, and its manager, Linda Shanklin, for damages under the Texas Theft Liability Act. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 134.001-.005 (Vernon 2005). The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the Credit Union and Shanklin and dismissed Wilcots’s claims against his sister for want of prosecution. Wilcots appeals. We affirm.
