— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Owens, J.), rendered May 21, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence of a term of imprisonment of 25 years to life.
Judgment modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the sentence to 20 years to life. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
