People v. Seaton

— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Harris, J.), rendered October 3, 1983, convicting him of escape in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the prosecution, the evidence adduced at trial, though entirely circumstantial, clearly proved the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
