HUNSTEIN, Chief Justice.
Appellant Jimmy Lee Jones was convicted of murder and firearms offenses in connection with the shooting death of Latoya Singleton. Finding no error in the denial of Jones’s motion for new *146trial,1 we affirm.
1. The evidence adduced at trial authorized the jury to find that Jones and the victim had dated and lived together at various times, and had a child together in July 2006.
