These related appeals arise from a suit in the Superior Court of Cobb County, brought by Joseph Rogers, Jr. (“Rogers”) against David M. Cohen (“Cohen”), Complex Law Group, LLC, and D.M. Cohen, Inc.; Hylton B. Dupree, Jr. (“Dupree”), Dupree & Kimbrough LLP, and Hylton B. Dupree, Jr., PC.; and John C. Butters (“Butters”).
