An order was issued by the chief justice requiring the Hon. George J. Leicht, circuit judge for Oneida county, to show cause why an alternative writ of mandamus should not issue from this court commanding him to issue an order changing the venue of an action pending in said court to the circuit court for Vilas county. On return of the order the court assumed jurisdiction.
