In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Planning Board of the Village of Piermont, dated May 8, 2000, which, after a hearing, denied the petitioner’s application for a two-lot subdivision of her property, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Dillon, J.), dated January 24, 2001, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
