Affirming.
Roy Watts shot and killed John Anderson on Main Street in Winchester, Clark County, Kentucky, op the night of December 1, 1945. He was indicted for murder, and after three mistrials was convicted of the crime of voluntary manslaughter by a jury selected from Fayette County, and his punishment, was fixed at four years’ imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
