Affirming.
About midnight of November 25, 1933, a charge of' dynamite was exploded under the corner of the house of M. S. Parrott, in Pineville, and did considerable damage. Its effect was apparently aimed for Lawrence Dwyer, an organizer for a miners ’ labor union, who was boarding there, and who suffered some bodily injury. The appellant, Chris Patterson, was an organizer for a hostile union.
