Defendant Thomas Rashad Armstrong, a registered sex offender, appeals from a judgment entered based on his conviction under N.C. Gen.Stat. § 14-208.18(a)(1) (2013) for unlawfully being present at a place intended primarily for the use, care, or supervision of minors. On appeal, defendant primarily argues that N.C. Gen.Stat. § 14-208.18(a)(1) is unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.
