This is an action in which the plaintiff seeks to recover a sum of money following the erroneous sale of stock by it for the account of the defendant. Findings of fact have already been made, and they will not be repeated in the course of this decision. The plaintiff sold 1,000 shares of Microbiological Sciences, Inc. stock for the defendant and delivered a check to her in the amount of $7,088.08.
