In this appeal petitioner-appellant Elizabeth A. Heisner seeks review of the decision of the district court upholding the determination of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that petitioner was not entitled to social security disability benefits. Petitioner acknowledges that she failed to establish her claim by substantial evidence.
