Appeal from a judgment of the Seneca County Court (Dennis F. Bender, J.), rendered April 21, 2008. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a *1325weapon in the third degree, attempted assault in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
