FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW RE MOTION FOR IN REM RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY

Before the court is a Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay Combined with In Rem Relief filed by the County of Fresno (the “County”). The County seeks relief to conduct a tax sale of real property. Golden State Capital Corp.
