SONENSHINE, J.
Donna B. Painter has petitioned for a writ of review after the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) denied her petition for reconsideration. We consider whether the order denying reconsideration is supported by an adequate statement as required by the Labor Code. The trial judge prepares a report on reconsideration because he or she has had an opportunity to observe the witnesses and exhibits.
