This is the fourth or fifth appearance of this ease in this court, considering both temporary measures and appeals on the merits. We simply do not consider it worth while to take the time to canvass the exact number of times in which we have been called upon to correct the actions of the District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, which have been brought to us for review.
