This is an action for $10,000 for malpractice for failure to properly set and treat plaintiff's broken leg. At the close of plaintiff's evidence the court instructed the jury to find for defendant and plaintiff took an involuntary nonsuit. Plaintiff's motion to set same aside was overruled and the cause was dismissed. Plaintiff has appealed from this judgment of dismissal.
