The act in question, in Section 29 thereof, declares itself to be “supplementary to the rights, duties and powers of corporations organized under the laws of Oregon for the purpose of conducting a general banking business and for the examination and certification of titles to real estate,” and says that parts of that law in conflict with the present act are repealed.
