The United States appeals from the decision of the district court 1 to suppress evidence which was objected to on fourth amendment grounds by defendants/appel-lees Bobby Eugene Allison, James William Spires, James Lonnie Greer and Marvin L. Robinson. The evidence in question consists of records of the Laborers International Union of North America, Local 1282, which were obtained by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation pursuant to a grand jury subpoena duces tecum.
