Defendant Lockheed Martin Corporation (Lockheed) has filed in this case (1) a motion for summary judgment as to all plaintiffs physically assaulted based on the exclusive remedy provision of the Workers’ Compensation Law; and (2) a motion for dismissal, or alternatively, for summary judgment as to all plaintiffs not physically assaulted.
