DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: Plaintiffs-appellants Stephen Dury and Anne Dury appeal from the decision rendered by the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees Louis Klinar and Gina Klinar. We affirm.
