[11] Appellant, Randy Farmer, dba Randy Farmer Construction, a sole proprietorship (Farmer), seeks review of an appealable order of the district court awarding Appel-lees, Edwin and Elizabeth Rickard, Trustees under the Elizabeth A. Rickard Living Trust (Rickards), damages in the amount of $220,000.00. Farmer built a home and detached garage/bus barn near Cody, for the Rickards.
