This was an action to recover on an account for cattle claimed to have been sold to the plaintiffs in error, who were defendants in the trial court, by Eveline Parker, since deceased. The suit has been pending for more than sixteen years. During its progress, it once made its appearance in the supreme court, a judgment in favor of the defendants being there reversed by that tribunal. Parker v. Cochrane et al., 11 Colo. 363.
