Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 10, 2007, which, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decision ruling that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because she voluntarily left her employment without good cause.

Claimant worked for a grocery store as a bakery captain and cashier. In April 2005, she stopped working upon the advice of her doctor, who diagnosed her with tendonitis of the right hand, thumb and wrist. In October 2005, she notified the employer that she was seeing a specialist and would be out of work…
