MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are two motions for entry of judgment. The first is brought by Comerica Bank-Detroit (Comerica) to have the Court enter the consent decree between Comerica and General Motors (GM). A similar agreement has been offered for this Court’s approval by the Attorney General of the State of Michigan (the State) and General Motors.
