Action under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-60, for $100,000 damages for personal injuries. The verdict and judgment were for' defendant and plaintiff has appealed. Plaintiff claims error in' 'denying his motion for new- trial, in rulings on evidence and in giving certain instructions.
