Before this Court are plaintiff Universal Insurance Company’s (“Universal”) motion to remand and for abstention (Docket # 7), together with Warrantech Consumer Product Services, Warrantech International, *354and Warrantech Corporation’s (collectively “Warrantech”) opposition thereto (Docket # 19). After reviewing the filings and the applicable law, Universal’s motion is DENIED.
