1Opinion of the Court

COLBERT, V.C.J.

T1 This matter raises a first impression question concerning whether proceedings in aid of execution, or judgment collection that are pursued within an action brought pursu*625ant to the Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act (UFTA), Okla. Stat. tit. 24, §§ 112-123 (2011), must be preceded by registration of a foreign judgment in the county of the district court from which execution issues. This Court holds that registration of a foreign judgment is a jurisdictional prerequisite to execution and judgment collection remedies.
