This is a proceeding to reverse an order of the district court of Reno county-refusing to grant an injunction restraining the mayor and council of the city of Hutchinson from issuing $20,000 of the city’s bonds to the Hutchinson Interurban Railway Company. The material allegations of the petition are that the plaintiff is a large real-estate owner and taxpayer in the city of Hutchinson; that the city of Hutchinson is a city of the second class; that the other defendant is a railway corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of…
