This action was filed on March 20, 2011, by plaintiff/counter-defendant Better Bags, Inc. (“BBI”), against defendants/counter-plaintiffs Illinois Tool Works, Inc. (“ITW”), Fantapak International Corp. (“Fantapak”), and Inteplast Group, Ltd.
