Richard A. and Karen Harder appeal from a trial court judgment enforcing a stipulated settlement agreement they had entered into with Joseph Lorenz, Inc. They claim that Lorenz materially altered the stipulation when it added three words to the stipulation after they had already signed it and, as a result, they should not be bound by the stipulation.
