WALSH, District Judge.

Defendant Bickford, presently confined at the United States penitentiary at Leavenworth, has filed herein a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.'C. § 2255, seeking orders of this-court: (-1) granting a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum to provide for his attendance as a witness at a hearing upon his motion; (2) vacating and setting aside the judgment and senténce imposed upon him in this cause on June 16, 1947; and (3) releasing him from custody.
