GRANT, Justice.
P.O. Roquemore appeals from a summary judgment in favor of National Commerce Bank (the Bank) in a suit on a note.
Roquemore contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because there are genuine issues of material fact as to whether the Bank performed all conditions precedent under the promissory note; whether the Bank pleaded and proved that its predecessor disposed of the collateral in a commercially reasonable manner in accordance with Tex.Bus. & Com.Code Ann. § 9.504(c) (Vernon 1991); and whether the Bank used reasonable care to preserve the collateral…
