K & R, Incorporated, the plaintiff below, appeals to this court from a verdict of a jury in its favor in the amount of $9,179.40 against Crete Storage Corporation, defendant, representing damages to certain french fried potato products manufactured by plaintiff and stored in defendant’s cold storage warehouse.
