Mycalex Corporation of America (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) instituted a civil action in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland against Perneo Corporation (hereinafter called .Perneo) and International Products Corporation (hereinafter called International) based on alleged unfair competition, in which plaintiff sought an accounting and an injunction.
