In an ejectment action by Mack D. Serritt against Billy J. Johnson and Melvie Johnson, the trial judge, hearing the case by stipulation of the parties without a jury, found that the defendants and their predecessors in title had been in actual adverse possession of the land for more than twenty years; that the plaintiff and his predecessors in title had made no claim to the property for a number of years while extensive improvements had been made on the premises; and that it could not be determined by the court from the oral and documentary evidence that the land in dispute…
