MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ELAINE E. BUCKLO, District Judge.

In 2001, a jury convicted John Macchione (“Macehione”) of one count of mail fraud and three counts of tax evasion in connection with his participation in a scheme to defraud a company called Uno-Ven. He was sentenced to thirty-seven months’ imprisonment, and ordered to pay restitution to Uno-Ven in the amount of $1,147,603. As part of its continuing effort to enforce the restitution order, the government moved the court in March 2009 to issue an order requiring the Pension Fund and the Annuity Fund of the International Association…
