*711The appellee, Mrs. Lula Wright Qoleman, filed an original bill in the chancery court of Leake county against her mother, Mrs. S. A. Wright, and the other heirs at law of John E. Wright, deceased, father of the complainant. The bill alleged the relationship of the parties, and charged that since the death of the husband and father, John E.
