Before the Court is an appeal of a motion for contempt and modification of alimony and child support first filed by Mari Lynn Hays,1 and later amended to include Mari Lynn in her capacity as conservator for Lon Frederick Alexander, II (“Rick”), seeking unpaid alimony and child-support payments and additional financial support from her former husband, Lon Frederick Alexander (“Lon”), for the couple’s adult son, Rick.
